As a Data Analyst and Report Specialist you will be responsible for creating analysis and reporting deliverables related to our clients’ solar assets, helping troubleshoot and provide guidance for technical issues, training and feedback. Data Analysts are critical to ensuring that the collected field data is processed correctly, and is turned into clear consistent deliverables. Your work will help ensure we delight our clients by delivering high quality, timely reports. The current vacancy is for a role focused on the analysis and post-analysis part of the solar pipeline.

The successful candidate must be able to work regular working hours in ET time zone (Toronto) but can be located anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities:

    • Core Analysis and Reporting tasks (80%)
    • Team Support, Feedback, Training (20%)
  • Helping troubleshoot and provide guidance for technical issues
  • Answering questions
  • Providing feedback
  • Supporting senior team members with initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies, and have existing advanced proficiency in word and excel.
  • Excited to work in a client-focused environment and/or fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google).
  • Basic understanding of PV modules and issues that arise on solar sites
  • Experience training team members on processes, and providing feedback on work
