Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to facilitate communication across our organization and with our clients. The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in creating documentation, including user stories, contracts, and process documentation, by taking small pieces of guidance from leadership and turning them into cohesive documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Creation:
- Assist in developing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on input from stakeholders.
- Help draft, review, and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures under the guidance of senior team members.
- Facilitating Communication:
- Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership, development team, and clients to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and validate documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that project goals align with business objectives and are met within the scope, time, and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- [0-2] years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or co-op experience in the IT or Technology sector.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
