Position Overview:

To help maintain and grow our success, Instore is seeking Data Analyst & Invoice Coordinator maternity leave coverage with the possibility to transition to permanent; to oversee daily business activities and to facilitate operational efficiency. As the Data Analyst & Inventory Coordinator, you play an integral role supporting the sales & operations teams to execute sales plans and analyze inventory execution needs. An ideal candidate will have sharp data analytical skills, strategic planning skills, and proven success managing multiple deliverables toward maximum productivity. Data Analyst & Inventory Coordinator are integral to the stability and growth of a business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Analyze and maintain data to support various stakeholders and warehousing facilities.
· Detailed ongoing and scheduled reporting; sales, inventory
· Gather, maintain, and publish detailed data analysis to support all areas of the business as needed.
· Maintain and update inventory database for individual products respectively to ensure full visibility for the business for accurate purchasing.
· Work with and maintain parts and inventory movement across multiple facilities.
· Work cross-functionally to maintain relationships and workflow with the sales, accounting, procurement, logistics and operations teams, respectively.
· Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to facilitate product roll outs and oversee projects.
· Work with Sales Operations Manager to build framework for annal product rollouts for key accounts.
· Work closely with logistics to ensure inventory is flowing and product is arriving on time.
· Additional duties as required by the business.
Required Skills:
· Proficient with Python and Power BI – required.
· MS Office- Outlook and Excel – intermediate to advanced.
· Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
· The ability to work well under pressure, with competing deadlines.
· The ability to pivot with changing priorities.
· The ability to take and understand direction.
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
· The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Must have strong organizational skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Extremely detailed oriented with a keen eye for numbers.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $60,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
